If you are stuck on the payment loop, try disconnecting / reconnecting your watch from your phone. Alternatively, set airplane mode on the watch and reactive your watch after a few minutes. 

In any case, no worries, only one charge will be made even if you are asked to pay a second time.

There are 3 methods of installation. 
METHOD 1: SUPPORT APPLICATION
🔹 Make sure the watch is properly connected to the phone.
🔹 Open our support application on your phone (comes with the watch face).
🔹 Tap on the INSTALL button on your phone and check your watch.

🔹 Tap on the INSTALL button on your phone and check your watch.

METHOD 3: PLAY STORE WEBSITE
🔹 Go to the watch face link through a web browser on PC / Mac.
🔹 Click on "Install on more devices" and select your watch from the target device list.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ERROR: Your device isn't compatible with this version.

1. In the Google Play Store, press the small white triangle behind the green "INSTALL" or "BUY" button and uncheck "This Device".

Only the checkmarks behind your smartwatches should be enabled.

2. No install button appears in the Play store, only a red error message is writing "Your device is not compatible with this version."
If you only get a red incompatibility message but your smartwatch supports Wear OS Api Level 28+, please rotate the phone from portrait to landscape and back to portrait while in the Play store and the error message should disappear.
3. Please understand that we have no control over how these processes work in the Google Play Store. However, we are optimistic that this will soon be improved in the Google Play Store so that it will be easier to download our watch faces in the app store.

Watch face is not installing.

1. Make sure you have properly connected your smartwatch to your mobile phone via Bluetooth.
2. When "installing soon" appears in the Play store, it may take a few minutes (2-5 minutes) for the watch face to install on the smartwatch.
3. If the watch face still does not install, restart the smartwatch and reconnect it to your mobile phone via Bluetooth and wait again (2-5 minutes).
4. If you still can't download or install our watch faces over the Play store, then you can try it directly from the store on the smartwatch (see topic below: Download over smartwatch store).

How to redeem a gift?

1. Once you redeem the coupon code for your gift in the Google Play Store and try to install the watch face, you will get a red error message:
"Your device is not compatible."
2. However, the gift certificate has still been successfully added to your Google Account.
3. Now you need to go directly to the watch face page in Google Play Store, where you usually buy the watch face, then you will be able to install watch face for free, since the coupon code has been deposited with your Google account in the previous step.
4. To install your gift now, simply go back to our app and then tap directly on the watch face for which you received the gift to install it for free.
5. If you still get the "incompatibility" error message on the watch face page in the Store, please read the FAQ section "ERROR: Your device is not compatible with this version".
6. Please understand that we have no control over how these processes work in the Google Play Store. However, we are optimistic that this will soon be improved in the Google Play Store so that it will be easier to download and redeem watch face coupon codes in the app store.

Alternative download via the smartwatch store

1. If you still can't download our watch face design via mobile phone or Google Play App, then you can download our watch faces directly from the store on the smartwatch.
2. To do this, tap on any watch face on your smartwatch for 3 seconds, scroll all the way to the right and select the store (last item with cart icon).
3. Search for "PER" in the store and hit "install" on the preferred watch face.

❓ Troubleshooting weather information

If you see a yellow question mark instead of the weather icon, that means your device can't fetch the weather info from the internet. Please check your connection.

Heart rate

The heart rate is measured automatically in live mode, once every 10 minutes, or in manual mode. Go to S-health settings to configure.
If the pulse does not work / shows 0:
Enable sensor permissions after installing the watch face.
(If you didn’t do this right away, just change the watch face and by selecting it again you will see a notification that you need to confirm)

Distance Km / Mile

If you want to use kilometers and use English, you need to select the English language of any other country except the USA or England – these countries use miles. For example English (Singapore).
To select a language, open your smartphone’s settings – general – language.
Notes:
– Your watch must be connected via Bluetooth to your phone to synchronize settings;
– It may take some time for the language to sync, please change the watch face or reboot your watch to speed up the process;
– S-Health settings do not affect the displayed distance information in any way.

Customization error

The Galaxy Wearable app may not set up watch faces correctly. This is a Samsung app, unrelated to watch faces, and I have no control over its functionality. It has long struggled with handling complex, highly customizable designs.

When customizing a watch face, the app may freeze or load very slowly, especially over Bluetooth, as it tries to load all graphical elements from the watch. This is a known issue—check the comments for confirmation.

Solution: Customize Directly on the Watch
Tap and hold the watch display.
Tap the ⚙️ settings icon.
Setting Up Complications:
Swipe right to “Complications"
Tap the highlighted area and select the desired complication.

Important: For app shortcuts, first select "Application Shortcut" from the general list. Otherwise, some icons may not appear correctly.
